You will greet customers, assist with room setups, handle inquiries, invoices, and service requests, and contribute to a welcoming, well-organized work environment. This role emphasizes strong communication and multitasking in a dynamic coworking setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator who can build strong professional relationships and empathize with customers’ needs.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers arriving at the center.
• Set up conference rooms and projectors for meetings.
• Process inquiries, printing needs, and invoice charges in a timely manner.
• Coordinate networking events and communication within the center.
• Keep the center tidy and prepare spaces for close of day.
