Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or front-line support.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests across the center.
• Coordinate center services and ensure accurate billing for provided services.
• Set up meeting rooms, projectors, and assist guests with directions and Wi-Fi access.
• Maintain center organization, handle mail, and support events and networking activities.
