Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT tools.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

• Greet and assist center customers with inquiries and requests.
• Assist with room setup, projectors, directions, and Wi‑Fi changes.
• Process and communicate mail, packages, and invoices to customers.
