Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (1+ years).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Eligible to work legally in the United States and at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle inquiries at the center.
• Set up AV equipment and assist meeting room setup.
• Process invoices and charge for services accurately.
• Coordinate mail, deliveries and package handling.
• Plan and promote center networking events.
