IWG plc in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Community Associate for an on-site center. You will help manage the local community and handle admin and support tasks to keep customers focused on their business.

You’ll greet and assist customers, set up equipment, troubleshoot requests, and coordinate center operations throughout the day. This role emphasizes strong service, teamwork, and reliable problem solving.

Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Able to own problems and solve them
• Positive, adaptable in fast-changing environments
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with center visitors
• Assist customers with inquiries, wifi codes, packages, directions, and setup needs
• Coordinate center operations and ensure accurate invoicing and service delivery
• Plan and support local networking events and help customers join the community
