Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate for an on-site role in Miami. You will support customers with daily center operations, coordinate room setups, and manage inquiries and tasks to ensure a smooth day-to-day experience.

The role emphasizes excellent communication and multitasking within a busy workspace environment. Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in customer service, comfort with MS Office, and the ability to own issues with a proactive, friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and resolve them.
• Positive, energetic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with administrative and support needs at the center.
• Set up Wi-Fi codes, projectors, and direct customers to meeting rooms.
• Ensure services are charged correctly and invoices are accurate.
• Plan and host networking events and manage invitations/posters.
