Job summary

IWG is hiring a Community Associate to manage day-to-day customer interactions at our Miami on-site center. You will handle inquiries, coordinate services, and help create a welcoming, productive environment for members and visitors.

You will coordinate events and networking activities, assist with equipment setup, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining a tidy, professional space for clients and teams. This role emphasizes strong communication and service orientation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Able to own and solve problems.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries and needs.
• Set up resources like Wi‑Fi, projectors, and directions.
• Process service charges and ensure accurate invoices.
• Manage mail and packages and update customers.
• Plan networking events and create invitations/posters.
• Wrap up meetings and maintain center cleanliness.
• Open tickets in the service portal for issues.
