The IWG community in Boca Raton is seeking a proactive Community Associate to manage daily customer needs and maintain an engaging center environment. You will handle a range of admin tasks, coordinate service requests, and help guests with setup and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

You will work to connect with customers, build relationships, and drive network participation while supporting invoices, space readiness, and event planning. A positive, adaptable demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the center's community, handling admin and support for customers.
• Assist customers with requests (Wi‑Fi codes, deliveries, directions, setup projectors).
• Ensure services are charged accurately and invoices are correct.
• Organize events and greet prospects to join the IWG network.
• Wrap up the day by tidying the center and guiding groups to next steps.
