UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to be the face of the company for customers on a dedicated route. You will manage deliveries and pickups, grow accounts, and work independently while upholding safety and service excellence.

The role offers daily interaction with customers, opportunities to upsell garments and products, and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with consistent route servicing. Commission is part of earnings, with focus on customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery roles is a plus!
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using and learning new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Physical stamina: able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned route: deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations: load/unload route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver consistent, reliable service with on-time deliveries and returns; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships; address service needs and upsell products.
• Drive sales growth by identifying upselling opportunities on the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road; prioritize safety and service excellence.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor/outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights; weekends serviced on the same route.
