UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments and products daily while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will support the service team, operate safely on the road, and look for opportunities to upsell products and services to grow your route and earning potential. This role offers Monday–Friday daytime work with field-based responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required; Military service may be considered.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfort with using and learning new technologies to support route operations.

Aufgaben

• Manage an assigned route: deliver and pick garments daily.
• Support daily operations: load/unload route trucks and ensure accuracy.
• Deliver consistent, reliable service with on-time deliveries and returns.
• Grow customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.
