Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to be the face of the company on designated routes. You will manage deliveries and pickups, grow your customer accounts, and work independently while upholding safety and exceptional service standards.

You’ll enjoy a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, and a commission-based earning model that rewards upselling and consistent performance on your assigned route.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver consistent, on-time service and maintain high customer satisfaction on the route.
• Grow customer relationships by identifying upselling opportunities and introducing new products.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety as a priority and professional communication.
