Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to be the face of UniFirst with our customers on a dedicated route. You will manage daily deliveries and pickups, grow accounts, and represent a nationwide organization known for culture and reliability.

You will load/unload route trucks, ensure accuracy, and work independently while maintaining safety. This role emphasizes customer service, sales growth, and a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• DOT compliance including a physical exam.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to work independently while maintaining a team mindset.
• Relevant experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route and deliver/pick garments daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks.
• Deliver on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell garments and products.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
