Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to be the face of UniFirst for our customers on a dedicated route. You’ll manage deliveries and pickups, engage with customers, and grow accounts while representing a company with a nationwide presence.

This field-based role offers daytime Monday–Friday hours, no nights or weekends, a commission-based earning structure from day one, and opportunities to develop sales and service skills through our SCP program.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and clean driving record, 21 years or older
• DOT physical exam compliance
• High school diploma, GED or military service
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new technologies
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route with daily deliveries and pickups.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell products.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety first.
• Engage in physically active work in indoor/outdoor settings.
• Troubleshoot service issues and manage inventory.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
