Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage a dedicated route, deliver and pick up garments daily, and grow customer relationships. You’ll drive sales through upselling while maintaining safety on the road and providing reliable, friendly service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, DOT compliance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends. Compensation includes benefits and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: Deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Support Daily Operations: Load/unload route trucks, ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: On-time deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: Build rapport with customers, address service needs, and upsell products.
• Drive Sales Growth: Identify upselling opportunities and grow the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: Operate a company walk-in truck with safety as priority.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: Work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: Troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends.
