Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage a dedicated delivery route, interact with customers daily, and grow account revenue. You will load and unload vehicles, ensure accurate starts to each day, and maintain safety and service excellence on the road.

The role emphasizes customer-facing service, independent work, and a steady Monday–Friday daytime schedule with potential for earnings through commissions and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service skills; able to work independently.
• Comfortable learning and using new technologies to improve operations and customer experience.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations by loading and unloading route trucks; ensure accuracy at the start of each day.
• Deliver consistent, reliable service with on-time deliveries and returns; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and introducing new garments and products.
• Drive sales growth by identifying upsell opportunities on your route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road; operate a walk-in truck; prioritize safety and customer relations.
• Engage in an active role across indoor and outdoor environments with energy and attention to safety.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable schedule with Monday–Friday daytime hours; no nights or weekends on the route.
