Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication in person, on the phone, and online.
• Comfort using a computer and keyboard for extended periods.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions' consumer and business products and services.
• Educates customers on digital banking options to simplify banking.
• Provides a consistent customer experience and processes transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to specialists.
• Adheres to bank processes and regulatory requirements; manages operational risks.
• Oversees compliance with overtime rules under FLSA.
