• Proficient computer use and sustained attention to monitor.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Performs outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Provides a consistent customer experience and processes transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Follows bank procedures and regulatory requirements, manages operational risks.
