Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication in person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Computer literacy with regular monitor use.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lb.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by understanding customer needs and presenting Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions consumer and business products including loans and deposits.
• Educates on mobile, online, and ATM solutions to enhance banking experience.
• Delivers a consistent customer experience and assists with transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to specialists.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws; manages operational risk with the team.
