Job summary

Saia, a leading logistics and transportation company, is seeking a driven sales professional to develop and manage client relationships in an assigned territory. You will identify business opportunities to increase revenue and retention, and present tailored freight and LTL solutions.

Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with operations to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new clients within an assigned territory.
• Understand client objectives and propose tailored logistics and transportation solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and close sales to exceed performance targets.
• Prepare and present proposals to key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor market trends.
