Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency with CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepares service estimates and sells routine maintenance/repair services.
• Schedules appointments and answers phones; collects funds for services performed.
• Predicts time needed for completion and communicates with customers during repairs.
• Coordinate alternate transportation, rental cars, and shuttle services.
• Sell maintenance services and related parts to customers; identify requests.
• Present multi-point inspection results and recommend needed services.
