Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency
• Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates of cost and completion time
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfactory repairs and upsell necessary maintenance
• Maintain knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies
• Keep customer informed and advise prognosis of vehicle
• Call customers to set appointments and answer phones in a timely manner
