• Service Advisor experience highly preferred.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR or minimal violations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine their vehicle service needs.
• Write up service requests and provide accurate estimates for cost and completion time.
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs and maintenance required.
• Maintain knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep customers informed about prognosis and timeline for their repairs.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer phones promptly.
