National Debt Relief is seeking a commission-driven Client Loyalty Specialist (Retention Agent) to support at-risk clients through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels. This role is remote and covers multiple US states.

You will build rapport, de-escalate tense situations, document discussions in Salesforce, and strive to meet performance goals while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based sales/collections experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in sales and account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling their enrollment through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels.
• Build rapport with clients and apply persuasive rebuttal skills and problem-solving to keep them in the program.
• Follow established quality guidelines to ensure clients are cared for with integrity.
• Show the values and benefits of the program to clients.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
• Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team.
• Adhere to National Debt Relief and Retention department policies and procedures.
