Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in event coordination, banqueting, or catering management.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• Experience with event management software and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Proactive attitude and passion for memorable events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of banquet and catering events, including client consultations, menu selection, and logistical planning in Welkom, Free State .
• Develop detailed event orders and timelines for both clients and internal teams.
• Liaise with the culinary team, service staff, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage client expectations and address any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
