European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Associate in Danbury, CT. You will welcome guests, learn their skincare goals, and recommend services and products to meet those goals, while driving commissions through package and product sales.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to open/close the center as a key holder, with a focus on delivering a great guest experience and meeting individual sales targets.

Formación

• 1 year of service or retail experience.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Sell service packages, memberships, and retail products to guests and prebook their next visit.
• Greet guests, book appointments, and resolve questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
• Open and close the center as a key holder.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized and up to brand standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow product knowledge and sales skills.
