You will engage with clients to understand skincare goals, educate on wax pass options and promotions, and prebook appointments while upselling retail products as appropriate.

The role requires maintaining a clean front desk area, supporting team members, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with brand knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualificações

• One year of related service or retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest interactions.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
• Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor to set a positive tone.
