European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals and supporting management with daily tasks. You will educate guests on products, upsell services, and guide them on Wax Pass benefits.

The role requires a positive, personable demeanor, flexibility for weekends/evenings, and professional appearance. Training, commissions, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Luxury service experience preferred.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on Wax Pass benefits and savings.
• Administer check-ins/check-outs and process payments/refunds.
