Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals and assisting management with daily tasks. You will welcome guests, educate them on services, and upsell products to enhance visits.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliable schedule availability including weekends, and a professional appearance. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, process payments, and help guests use the app for rescheduling, all

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Exudes a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor.
• Maintain a professional appearance per EWC Growth Associate Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on Wax Passes and benefits.
• Administer check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, refunds, and reservations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized lobby and restrooms.
• Organize reservation book based on guest requests.
• Communicate with guests using EWC scripts and responses.
