Job summary

Clayton is hiring a Home Consultant to transform the home buying experience. You will guide customers to identify floor plans, select options, and coordinate construction, while leveraging a CRM for timely follow-ups.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, a retail mindset, and the ability to work Saturdays. Clayton offers a base salary with lucrative commissions and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in relationship-driven B2C sales preferred
• Understanding of retail environment and customer service
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing and comply with legal requirements
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons
• Lift up to 75 lbs and move promotional items as needed

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class home buying experience by helping customers select floor plans and options
• Coordinate construction process and guide customers through home delivery
• Maintain customer files and follow up with prospects via CRM
• Demonstrate home features and benefits to create added value
• Set appointments from ads and web leads and participate in training and team activities
