Qualifications

• 6+ months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales experience preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel and contribute to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify a floor plan with customers and help select options.
• Coordinate the construction process and showroom activities.
• Present models and demonstrate features to buyers to create added value.
• Set appointments from prospect database and web/ad leads.
• Merchandise models and maintain showroom appearance.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and company events.
• Prospect to increase showroom traffic and customer follow-up.
