Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans and options, coordinate construction, and drive the sales process. You will demonstrate homes, set appointments, and follow up with prospects using our CRM. A license is required and a customer-focused, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships and guide customers through the home buying journey.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify floor plans and options for their home.
• Coordinate construction process and ensure timely delivery.
• Set appointments from prospect database and convert leads.
• Participate in sales meetings, training and company events.
• Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up in the CRM system.
