Job summary

Dinges Fire Company in the United States seeks a results-driven Fire/EMS sales representative. This is commission-only work (1099) with no salary, offering substantial earning potential through a 40% gross profit share on each sale.

You will own your territory, build relationships with fire and EMT decision-makers, and drive revenue as a primary or strong secondary income. Prior firefighting or EMS experience is highly recommended to leverage product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire service or EMS recommended.
• Strong selling and presentation abilities.
• Ability to develop sales plans and strategies.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and basic business principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients.
• Develop sales proposals.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity.
• Monitor and report on sales activities for management.
• Participate in sales events and training.
