Job summary

North Austin Nissan is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the primary liaison between the Service Department and customers. You will assist customers with service and maintenance needs and ensure continued satisfaction with Nissan vehicles and the dealership.

The role requires at least 1 year of Main Line Advisor experience, superb communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Main Line Advisor experience.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Punctuality in reporting to work.
• Basic product knowledge.
• Comfortable being on your feet all day, indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly on the service drive and in the lobby.
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information.
• Review vehicle repair history and report symptoms.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
• Monitor progress of each vehicle and update customers regularly.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails with high responsiveness.
