Downtown Nashville Nissan is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service at our Nashville dealership. In this role, you will greet customers, assess maintenance needs, and explain service recommendations.

You will work closely with the service team to coordinate repairs, keep customers informed of progress, and help drive service sales while ensuring satisfaction.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customer concerns and document them accurately.
• Provide accurate information about recommended services and repairs.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure prompt and efficient completion of repairs.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process.
• Offer additional services as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Follow up with customers after their service visit to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming products and services offered by the dealership.
• Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
