Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle inspection points to the customer.
• Assist with oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacement, wiper blades and other mileage-based needs.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow up time and monitor progress.
• Verify final invoice matches work performed.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
