Job summary

Central Automotive Group in South Houston is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to bridge customers with service technicians for maintenance and repairs at the Nissan dealership. Responsibilities include writing repair orders, communicating status and costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

A bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred, with experience in automotive service highly valued. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the dealer

Qualifications

Working knowledge of automotive products, repairs and parts.
Strong communication with customers and technicians.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Ability to read and interpret repair instructions and safety manuals.
Punctual and reliable with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to determine needed repairs or maintenance.
Write repair orders for vehicles (new and used).
Act as liaison between customers and service technicians to relay status and costs.
Follow up with customers via surveys.
Update customers with progress and any additional recommendations.
