Job summary

Cox Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a dedicated role that serves as the primary contact for resolving client issues, working closely with the national sales team, auction representatives, and stakeholders for clients in the assigned market center, auction or CAIs digital platforms.

In this role you will perform data entry, manage account relationships, coordinate with the posting clerk and transportation teams, respond to inquiries, maintain electronic vehicle files, and generate standard reports

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of required information.
• Manage account relationships and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with posting clerk to apply charges to vehicles in the system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide quality service.
• Coordinate with Transportation Team to arrange transportation and obtain reports.
• Establish electronic customer vehicle files and keep them updated.
• Prepare sale vehicle run process including run order and scheduling.
• Follow up on vehicle preparation by reconciling bills and orders.
• Balance sales with the accounting department and assist post-sale invoicing.
• Prepare various reports and handouts such as sales and expense reports.
• Demonstrate safety and participate in safety activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
