Job summary

Cox Automotive in New Jersey is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist II. You will serve as a key contact for client issue resolution, supporting the national sales team and auction reps on CAI platforms. The role emphasizes data entry, account management, and timely responses to inquiries.

Responsibilities include vehicle file upkeep, reconciliation of bills, and coordination with the Transportation Team to arrange moves. Prior clerical experience and Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED with 3 years’ related experience or 5 years’ related field experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Prior clerical or administrative experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of required information.
• Manage account relationships and maintain communications with customers.
• Work with posting clerk to apply recon, transportation, and vehicle charges.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to vehicles.
• Provide quality service and help resolve problems.
• Coordinate with Transportation Team to arrange transportation and obtain reports.
• Establish and update electronic customer vehicle files in the system.
• Prepare sale vehicle run processes with schedules and notices.
