Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist II to support multiple account holders and ensure accurate processing of vehicle sale runs. The role requires strong Excel skills, clerical experience, and diligent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site position emphasizes accountability for high-revenue client accounts, coordination with national representatives, and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the auction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ related field experience, or 5 years’ related field experience.
• Prior clerical or administrative experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Must operate adding machines and other office equipment.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to numerous account holders.
• Proactively identifying enhancement opportunities.
• Running and analyzing reports for trends and compliance.
• Accountable for managing key, highly complex client accounts and related processes.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and all auction departments.
• Collaborates with Accounts Receivable to post charges and pursue collections.
