Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist II (Inside Administrator) to provide administrative support for commercial consignments and auction processes. You will liaise between commercial clients, dealership personnel, auction operations and corporate partners to ensure accurate inventory processing and account maintenance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced auction environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related experience.
• Alternative combinations of degree/certification acceptable.
• Experience in automotive, auction, fleet management or related admin roles.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for commercial accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Process vehicle and account information, run lists and sale documents.
• Prepare auction sale packages and post-sale reports.
• Verify ownership documents, titles and required paperwork.
• Generate and distribute operational reports to clients and management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Title, Transportation and Sales teams.
• Support audit activities and compliance reviews.
