Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented professional to serve as a primary contact for client issue resolution in collaboration with the national sales team and auction representatives. Responsibilities include data entry, account management, coordinating vehicle-related charges, and ensuring accurate vehicle records and communications.

Strong Excel and customer service skills are required. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams to finalize recon, transportation, and post-sale

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
• OR 5 years' experience in a related field.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of required information.
• Manage account relationships and communications.
• Coordinate with posting clerk for recon, transportation and vehicle charges.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide quality service.
• Coordinate transportation information with the Transportation Team.
• Create electronic customer vehicle files and keep them up to date.
• Enter floor price information into the system.
• Prepare sale vehicle run process with run order and scheduling.
• Follow up on vehicle preparation and reconcile invoices.
• Balance sales with accounting and assist in post-sale invoicing.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Operations to prepare vehicles for online programs.
• Prepare reports such as sales and expense reports and other summaries.
• Adhere to Safety procedures and participate in Safety Excellence.
