Job summary

Johnson Controls Security is seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to promote and close new business within the assigned territory, while ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.

You will represent the Johnson Controls Security story, expand market share, and upsell add-ons. A strong knowledge of products and services, plus a proven track record in security/IT sales, is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a commercial sales representative in security or IT/tech sales.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills for senior executives.
• Full-time availability with local travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory.
• Serve as brand steward, communicating Johnson Controls Security story and value.
• Secure profitable sales and upgrades, retain customers, and drive satisfaction.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product lines and customer needs.
