Job summary

Johnson Controls Security is seeking a Commercial Sales Account Executive to promote and sell security services and technology within an assigned territory. You will drive new business, renew agreements, and upsell services while maintaining strong relationships with commercial customers.

You will present to senior executives, manage local travel, and adhere to Johnson Controls Security policies. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills; able to present to senior executives.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory.
• Close new business and secure profitable sales with commercial customers.
• Renew existing customer agreements and upsell additional products/services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product lines and customer needs; conduct post-install follow-ups.
• Identify prospects and build relationships; manage call plans and territory effectively.
