Job summary

Everon in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Commercial Sales Consultant to grow customer verticals in intrusion, fire, access control, and surveillance services. You will work within an assigned territory to provide consultative, integrated solutions to commercial clients.

Responsibilities include prospecting to build new market share, strengthening existing accounts, generating leads, and delivering security consultations from design to operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in security/telecom or technology.
• Proficient in system design apps, bidding tools, and customer management.
• Experience with integrated video surveillance, access control, and fire is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create new market share through prospecting and developing a new customer base.
• Strengthen existing customer partnerships within commercial accounts.
• Cultivate new leads through referrals, company provided leads, networking groups and cold-calling.
• Efficiently manage territory resources to maximize daily production and customer relationships
• Provide security consultations to customers that include design, scope of work, theory of operation and solution integration.
• Promote and cross sell all Everon products and services.
• Collaborate with product and manufacturing representatives and operational counterparts.
