Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience in commercial security.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, security, and fire systems.
• Experience in bidding and negotiating processes.
• Excellent closing skills.
• Ability to read diagrams, blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to design and manage projects.
• Proven team management with market strategies.
• Demonstrated consultative selling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote intrusion, video surveillance, and access control systems to potential clients.
• Generate leads via company website, referrals, and cold calling.
• Develop & maintain an active pipeline to support the sales plan.
• Prepare, follow-up and close client proposals.
• Respond to customer needs in a timely and enthusiastic manner.
• Assume account management responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely completion of each job.
