Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking a Commercial Security Consultant to grow a new client base in the Greensboro area, focusing on commercial intrusion, access control, video surveillance and fire alarm systems. The role requires a strong work ethic and an aptitude for technology.

You will identify client needs, design integrated security solutions, build partnerships, and use CRM tools to manage activity and backlog while maintaining long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or relevant field
• A minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
• Excellent communication, organizational & interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales & negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

Responsabilités

• Drive growth by building new customer relationships within territory
• Communicate with new prospective clients to identify and understand their business and security needs; identify and suggest solutions based on those needs
• Design and present integrated security solutions to prospective and existing client base
• Develop relationships with relevant industry partners
• Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Utilize CRM for sales activity and backlog reporting
