Job summary

Richmond Security, Inc. in Richmond, VA is seeking a Commercial Security Sales Account Executive for outside sales on a full-time basis.

You will build new commercial business by selling access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, intercoms, high-security lock hardware, and managed services that generate recurring revenue. Expect a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a generous vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of direct integrated security sales experience.
• Strong security product knowledge and ability to explain solutions to business decision makers.
• Active Virginia DCJS Electronic Security Sales Representative registration.
• Disciplined prospecting, CRM proficiency, and commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Win new accounts through prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up.
• Conduct discovery meetings and site surveys; coordinate proposals with technical/ops staff.
• Close profitable projects and sell ongoing service agreements and managed services.
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
• Meet a $1.5 million annual revenue goal while protecting gross margin.
• Provide clear project handoffs and follow-through on commitments.
