Job summary

Everon is seeking a skilled service technician to perform routine and emergency calls, troubleshoot, replace, and repair equipment across customer sites. The role requires coaching others, delivering reliable customer support, and documenting work hours meticulously.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in commercial intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems, with strong knowledge of local/national codes and a valid driver's license. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Mastery knowledge of troubleshooting commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom and access control systems.
• Working knowledge to full understanding of local/national codes.
• Mastery knowledge of test equipment such as multimeters, battery analyzers and decibel meters.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a drug screening.
• Ability to read and interpret English-language blueprints, schematics, diagrams, policies, procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and emergency service calls, troubleshoots, replaces, and repairs malfunctioning equipment.
• Proctors, coaches, and teaches others.
• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Documents service hours and activities in a timely manner.
• Maintains truck stock/inventory and organizes resources for tasks.
