Job summary

Everon seeks a skilled technician to perform routine and emergency service calls, troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment. You will train others and provide high-quality customer support while ensuring system operation guidance.

The role requires working with fire, intrusion, CCTV, and access control systems, along with test equipment like multimeters and decibel meters. A valid license and ability to travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in service/tech roles.
• Mastery knowledge of troubleshooting commercial intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom and access control systems.
• Knowledge of local/national codes and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency service calls, troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Proctor, coach, and teach others as needed.
• Provide reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Instruct customers on system operation and functionality.
