Everon is seeking a field service technician to perform routine and emergency service calls, troubleshoot and repair security and access control systems. You will mentor junior staff and ensure high-quality customer support while coordinating with customers on system operation.

The role requires 3+ years of experience with intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom and access control systems, along with a valid driver’s license and ability to travel on short notice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or Vocational Training.
• 3+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Mastery knowledge of troubleshooting commercial intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom and access control systems.
• Working knowledge of local/national codes.
• Proficiency with test equipment (multimeters, battery analyzers, decibel meters).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to clearance drug screening.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics in English.

Responsabilités

• Performs routine and emergency service calls.
• Troubleshoots, replaces, and/or repairs malfunctioning equipment.
• Proctors, coaches, and trains others.
• Provides reliable customer support and instruction on system operation.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains truck stock and organizes tools and equipment.
• Documents service hours and task-related activities.
